In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with your made to order Classic Creation (designs such as bracelets, necklaces, etc.*** that are as described and unaltered), you may request a return within 30 days. The jewelry must be in new, unworn condition and include all packaging.

Because all Odd Mod Creations are labor intensive and these are not part of the boutique inventory, returns of made to order jewelry will be subject to a 15%, non-refundable labor fee. I encourage you to look at the Your Creations page for care & cleaning concerns before making your purchase.

Accessibility and comfort are an important part of what an Odd Mod Creation is. If you purchased a made to order or fully bespoke creation*** & require a size adjustment or clasp/closure replacement, please reach out within 14 days to arrange an adjustment. In the

event your creation is completed prior to the 14-day window or has already been shipped, an accessible closure attachment can be ordered at an additional cost (may impact size of the piece).
